About Hero Group AI

At Hero Group, we believe the real heroes of the collision repair industry aren’t the corporations or consolidators — they’re the shop owners, technicians, estimators, painters, and front-office teams who keep America rolling every day. We build AI-powered tools designed to strengthen independent collision centers, helping them work smarter, earn more, and stay in control. Our products are built to solve real problems — not create new ones. They’re intuitive, reliable, and built for the way shops actually operate. From Reclaimr, our AI claim defense system that helps shops get paid for the work they’ve done… to Schedule Monkey, which optimizes production flow, and Procedure Hero, which simplifies OEM research and documentation — every Hero Group product is built around one idea: technology should remove friction, not add it. Our team brings together decades of experience in collision repair, business operations, software engineering, and storytelling. We’ve led startups, scaled technology platforms, built trusted brands, and worked side-by-side with shop owners for over a decade. Together, that mix of expertise gives us what we call the “dream team effect” — the perfect blend of vision, technical talent, and industry understanding. We founded Hero Group because the collision industry is at a turning point. Shops are under pressure from insurers, consolidators, and rising costs — and now is the time for someone to build the tools that help them fight back, survive, and thrive. We’re here to do exactly that. Follow us for updates on our latest products, insights into the future of AI in collision repair, and stories from the real heroes who inspire everything we build.
