About Herr Omar

Herr Omar is a strategic meeting and event agency specializing in human interaction. Amazing things can happen when people come together to converse, experience, and collaborate. We create the conditions for meetings to be engaging, inclusive, and meaningful. Whether it’s a conference, a hybrid event, or a workshop, we help transform passive spectators into active participants – using insights into human behavior, brain function, and learning. By integrating psychology, behavioral design, and dramaturgy, we create meetings that feel impactful at the moment and drive real change and tangible results. Three agencies in one: strategy, production, and content. • Strategy and concept – We develop ideas and formats that create impact. • Psychology and behavioral design – We design meetings based on people's actual function. • Storytelling and dramaturgy – We craft engaging narratives and stage experiences. • Physical, digital, and hybrid events – We deliver complete solutions for all meeting formats.
