About Hervival®

Hervival® is an award winning revolutionary holistic wellness company empowering modern day women of color to prioritize self-care, mindfulness, and gut health. At Hervival we help bring awareness of mental, physical, and spiritual wellness for marginalized groups in and out of the workspace. Through our workshops, coaching, and mobile app we implement our curated framework to help cultivate safe spaces for women leaders to recharge and learn how to adopt holistic wellness & self-care practices to foster overall well-being, peace and purpose. Our framework "Revive Mind, Body & Spirit" is our motto and we are dedicated to helping women transform from mundane beliefs to just survive and support them on their wellness journey to thrive.
