About HeyAurora

HeyAurora is a secure Instagram DM management platform that lets influencers, creators, and agencies delegate inbox access to their teams without sharing Instagram passwords or credentials. Managing Instagram DMs at scale is one of the biggest unsolved problems for professional creators and social media teams. Hundreds of daily messages — brand deals, collaboration requests, fan messages, customer inquiries, sponsorship negotiations — pile up in an inbox that only the account owner can access. Creators burn out managing DMs themselves, or compromise account security by sharing login credentials with assistants and team members. Aurora eliminates this tradeoff. The platform provides a dedicated Instagram DM inbox where authorized team members can read, organize, and respond to direct messages on behalf of the account owner — all through secure delegated access with no password sharing required. Core capabilities include secure Instagram inbox delegation, multi-account DM management for agencies and talent managers, conversation organization and filtering, role-based team access controls, and a fast interface built for high-volume Instagram DM workflows. Aurora serves three audiences: influencers and content creators who need to delegate Instagram DM management to a virtual assistant without sharing credentials. Talent management and influencer marketing agencies handling Instagram communications across multiple creator accounts. And brands that need social media or customer support teams responding to Instagram DMs at scale while maintaining account security. Whether you receive 500 Instagram DMs per day or manage 50 creator accounts, Aurora gives your team secure access to every conversation without compromising account security. No browser extensions, no credential sharing — just invite your team, define access levels, and start managing DMs immediately.
