About HFSC

HFSC was founded in 2007 by Willem Jan Hofmans. The name HFSC encapsulates the founder, Hofmans, a focus on Success and our offer of Coaching & Consulting services. People in organizations aim for results, i.e. success, while dealing with many complexities in an ever-changing world. They have numerous ideas and would like to implement them, but are being faced with daily realities which prevent them from moving as fast as they would like to go. Success is defined as a favourable or desired outcome. Applying this to organizations we believe their success depends largely on how people in these organizations are considered, i.e. they are what makes the difference. Our Vision is "Better results for organizations with improved well-being of their people" Our Values are Passion for Customers (we put our customers first in everything we do), Trust & Respect (we work on the basis of trust, confidentiality, respect and dignity for all), Results through Value-added (we continuously look for ways to add maximum value for the success of our customers), and Integrity (we are open, honest and direct in our dealings). What makes us different? 1) We actually put People first 2) Our offer is experience-based, so we know what it is like and can easily identify with you 3) We care about your success, believe we can truly support you in achieving it, and are therefore willing to share the risk.
