They are the working poor ~ many on the brink of homelessness. The clinic is the medical home for residents in need, helping them avoid expensive area hospital emergency room visits for primary care. Here patients receive comprehensive medical and dental services. HHM Health collaborates with other community providers to coordinate referrals outside its scope of services including extensive diagnostic testing and surgery.
