About higgihaus Ltd

At higgihaus we're on a mission to deliver amazing 'places to stay' for today's young professionals - comfortable, convivial, community centred and achingly stylish and that somehow manages to capture that elusive 'it feels good, but I'm not sure why' feeling. Founded by Luke Spikes in 2017, higgihaus is bringing its unique brand of co-living, serviced accommodation and boutique hotel to urban locations across the United Kingdom. “I love the interior schemes from the team at @higgihaus. They’re an amazing company led by Luke Spikes who are aiming to create 1,000 rooms in their portfolio by 2025. It’s an awesome goal and I’ve no doubt they’ll smash it, or have a lot of fun trying! This is the future of successful property investing. Bye-bye magnolia walls!” Mike Stenhouse, Inside Property Investing Listen to the Mike Stenhouse Interview at: www.insidepropertyinvesting.com/lukespikes/
