About High School Foreign Service Association

The High School Foreign Service Association is the largest organization for aspiring diplomats at the high school level. Backed by the American Foreign Service Association, we unite a community of 100+ chapters in 26 states and multiple countries. Our mission is to raise awareness about the U.S. Foreign Service and its impact on the world around us, emphasizing that there is no foreign policy without the Foreign Service. We connect our community of over 2,000 high schoolers with experienced diplomats, creating a medium to learn from first-hand experience. It builds upon this knowledge by encouraging an active exchange of ideas between chapter members.
