About Higher Ground Leadership

Higher Ground enables leadership evolution, through a meaningful and integrated framework for learning and development. An Alberta-based leadership development and executive coaching consultancy, we transform organizational learning and change through our integrated framework for talent and leadership development. This framework builds adaptive capacity within individuals, teams, and organizations through the design and delivery of programs that include assessment, training, skill and competency development, executive coaching, and facilitation services. This results in more effective leadership and improved organizational performance. Our focus is on our clients – aspiring, emergent, and senior level managers and executive leaders who are steadfast in their commitment toward personal, professional, or organizational learning, change, and growth. People and organizations who want to be better, and do better, for the world. Through their own interaction and experience with us, our clients acknowledge the positive impact of this work, routinely. We share in a purpose to elevate the practice of conscious leadership through exceptional Individual / Collective Leadership Development experiences that generate meaningful, measurable outcomes. Our clients report notable improvements in focus, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, performance, engagement, employee retention, and satisfaction, as a result. Our success has been built upon proven practices and methodologies for both individual and collective leadership development and effectiveness, where we are able to generate meaningful outcomes that are both sustainable and results-oriented.
