About Higher Order Coaching, LLC

Most leaders I work with have been stuck on a critical decision for 6 months or longer. Not because they lack information. Not because they're indecisive. But because something deeper is keeping them from moving forward — a pattern they can't see, a fear they haven't named, or a cost they're not willing to face. That stuckness has a price. The opportunity slipping away. The conversation you keep avoiding. The six months of drift that compounds into a year. We're operating in what the military calls a VUCA environment — one characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. The world demands rapid decisions, but the implications are exponential. The result? Smart leaders get paralyzed exactly when they need to act. My role is pattern interruption. I help you see what's keeping you stuck, sometimes in the first session, so you can make the decision you've been avoiding and move forward strategically. I do that through a framework called The Transition Compass — transforming volatility into vision, uncertainty into understanding, complexity into clarity, and ambiguity into agility. You'll stop being stuck. You'll see the pattern. You'll make the decision. You'll move forward with confidence.
