HIGHGRADE PERSONNEL PTY LTD, a privately owned Mining Recruitment Company established in 2017 in Kalgoorlie/Boulder, Western Australia. We also have an office in Como, Perth to help service our clients based in the city and FIFO workforce. We provide both contract & permanent recruitment services to mining industry both in Australia & overseas. In 2020 we established our Technical Professional Recruitment Division that has consultants based in Kalgoorlie & Perth. At HIGHGRADE, we understand every business is different with its own set of unique challenges, so we believe our greatest strengths are both the flexibility we offer with our services and our drive to always go the extra mile to exceed our client’s expectations in this forever changing market. Our management team has a combined 80 years experience in a wide range of industries including Surface & Underground Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Drill & Blast, Labour Hire Operations and Management, as well as operating several successful businesses which currently service open pit & underground mining operations around Australia.
