About HiiGuru

Finding, buying, and creating a home can be a stressful experience. Sometimes it feels like you have a million questions and no one to ask. When you reach out to professionals, it can feel like you’re expected to hire them — and pay a hefty fee — otherwise, you’re left searching on Google (or ChatGPT). HiiGuru is a platform of vetted property experts, available on demand via video call to support you at every stage of your journey. We make it fast, easy, and affordable to get expert advice without the commitment. Services start from just £35 for a 30-minute advice call with any expert. Our ecosystem includes architects, planning consultants, builders, surveyors, engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, sustainability experts — and many more. Our mission is to make the journey of finding, buying, and creating a home a happy one — not a stressful one.
