About HillGenius

Hillgenius transforms congressional hearing videos into searchable, timestamped transcripts with speaker attribution in under 30 minutes. Founded by a former Congressional committee clerk and executive branch official, we've built technology that eliminates the tedious work of monitoring hearings so government affairs professionals can focus on strategic influence. Our AI-powered solution converts hours of video content into actionable intelligence, allowing policy professionals to search, cite, and analyze congressional testimony with unprecedented efficiency. What once took hours of watching recordings at high speed, taking notes, and manually transcribing quotes now happens automatically. New: Chat with AI about any hearing transcript. Ask questions like "Which members seemed most concerned about regulatory impacts?" and get instant answers with clickable timestamps that jump directly to video moments. We're more than a transcription service—we're building the foundation for a comprehensive government intelligence platform. Our technology helps government affairs teams deliver same-day client briefings, cover more hearings with existing staff, and focus engagement efforts where they'll have maximum impact. Industry-leading speed. Purpose-built for government affairs. Designed by someone who's been on both sides of the dais.
