Hindsight is a boutique consultancy firm that specialises in leadership programs, resilience development and crisis preparation. The inadequacies in the planning, training and exercising of teams are often only brought to light amid or following a crisis. We have substantial experience in reviewing organisational preparedness; providing economical, tailored solutions for our customers’ particular crisis preparation requirements. Our Leadership programs teach participants the difference between management and leadership, defining what a leader needs to be, know and do to be effective in both the day-to-day and at times of crisis. We seek to improve participant’s leadership styles by focusing on the key pillars of purpose, motivation and influence. On a team and individual level, we help employees develop the tools to become resilient. We outline the power of emotional regulation and explain techniques to build and maintain self-esteem through the cultivation of optimism. Ultimately, we increase your staff’s ability to bounce back from disappointments and setbacks, place situations in perspective, navigate through issues and communicate effectively. Our consultants have worked at all levels, and with strong academic backgrounds, they hail from tactical operators through to middle management and the senior executive level.
