About Hirte & Company

Hirte & Company is a New Hampshire-based Home Watch and Property Care firm providing reliable, attentive oversight for homes across the Upper Valley, the Lake Sunapee region, and surrounding communities. Founded by Ron and Alicia Hirte, our work is rooted in trust, consistency, and clear communication. We support homeowners who are away, in transition, or simply want the peace of mind that comes from having a dependable local presence. Services include routine home checks, seasonal monitoring, vendor coordination, and on-site support when needed. We believe great property care goes beyond a checklist. It means noticing details, communicating clearly, and responding promptly when something needs attention. Our approach combines practical systems with thoughtful, relationship-based service so clients always know what is happening with their home and who they can rely on. We value integrity, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships. Our goal is simple: calm, capable care that helps homeowners feel confident their property is being looked after.
