About Hitchcocks Business Park

A family-owned business park set in 90-acres of Devon countryside and only minutes from the M5. With rail and air links close by, Hitchcocks Business Park not only offers businesses an extremely convenient and desirable trading location, but also bespoke units in a highly supportive commercial environment that encourages your business to flourish. From our long-established roots as a dairy farm, we have grown our park to support a diverse range of businesses from a number of sectors; from manufacturing to distribution to food production and many others. We are supportive, we are community-focused, we are environmentally-minded and we proud of our past – we are Hitchcocks Business Park.
