Hmong Innovating Politics (HIP) is a grassroots non-profit organization that focuses on building power among historically disenfranchised communities. We work towards creating a more just democracy by elevating the voices of young people, tearing down barriers for our elders and smashing patriarchy and other forms of inequity.
