Hoffman Viswa Peace Partners was founded by Heather Hoffman and Maya Viswa, experienced practitioners in peacebuilding, negotiation, and dialogue facilitation. After collaborating on a global human rights project, we were inspired to build a practice grounded in shared values of empathy, integrity, and connection. Today, we work with mission-driven organisations around the world to strengthen relationships, foster trust, and build systems for sustainable peace. In a time marked by increasing global conflict, polarisation, and collective trauma, we believe in the transformative power of dialogue to move societies forward. Our work spans Europe, the US, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, grounded in the belief that peace is local everywhere.
