Thank you for your interest in my practice for your mental and behavioral needs. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in the states of Texas, New Mexico, and Washington, and my treatment philosophy is rooted in a holistic, integrative, and collaborative approach to achieving my patient holistic goals. Timely intervention for mental and behavioral problems is essential, which is why I have undertaken to provide timely, dependable, and efficient telehealth services to patients in the privacy and comfort of their homes. I provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth medication management and psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with varying psychiatric illnesses, by applying an evidence-based, patient-centered, and holistic approach with the aim to restore wellness to my patients. There is no "one size fits all" in the care of patients with mental and behavioral illnesses, and seeking help is the first step in the healing process. So I partner with my patients to create an individualized treatment plan with measurable goals. My services respect patients' race, gender, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation.
