About Holloway and Davel Architects

Holloway & Davel Luxury Design Group is a South-African based architecture and design studio specialising in luxury residential, hospitality and high-value coastal developments. We design spaces that balance architectural excellence, commercial intelligence and human experience. Our work spans bespoke private residences, boutique hospitality projects and strategic property developments where design quality and long-term value are equally important. Our approach combines architectural rigor with a deep understanding of the financial and experiential drivers behind successful projects. This allows us to partner effectively with private clients, developers and hospitality brands seeking distinctive, investment-grade design solutions. With experience across complex regulatory environments, high-end construction and sensitive natural contexts, we guide projects from concept through approval and delivery with clarity and precision. At Holloway & Davel, we believe architecture should do more than solve space — it should elevate lifestyle, strengthen asset value and create environments people remember. Core focus areas: • Luxury residential architecture • Boutique hotels and hospitality design • Coastal and lifestyle developments • Renovations and high-end alterations • Development design strategy • Council approvals and project delivery
