About Holt Automotive Recruitment Ltd

Here at Holt Automotive Recruitment we specialise in Dealership & Retail, Commercial Vehicle, Plant, Fleet, Agriculture, PSV and Bodyshop/Accident Repair recruitment across the UK. With over 25 years in the industry our team here at Holt Automotive offer the benefits of up to the minute digital resources but with the old school mentality that speaking to people and personality matching is the key to successful recruiting. We don’t just recruit bodies for jobs, we source candidates with the spark for companies that understand how to truly utilise them. For candidates we offer a true consultancy service, unlike most other agencies who will simply offer you the positions they have, we will use our extensive connections throughout the motor industry to go out there and find you the position you want. For clients we take the time to really listen and understand your business and team requirements. Not just the skill set you require but the type of character that you need to complete your team.
