About Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities Washington

The Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities exists so that members of the residential construction industry and related businesses can conduct their businesses efficiently and ethically to provide our community with reliable and affordable homes. To work towards achieving this mission, the HBA staff monitors government affairs concerning land use, the environment, affordable housing and building codes and promoting balance policies that accommodate responsible free-market demand and consumer choice. Supporting economic development and a market-driven approach to housing are two ways in which the HBA works to promote a strong economy and protect housing affordability.
