About Home First Development

Home First Development builds affordable housing in rural and urban communities across Oregon. We build big, we build small, we build single-story, and we build tall - always with partnerships leading the way. As a developer dedicated to creating positive social and environmental impacts through our work, Home First is honored to be a Certified B Corporation. This recognition speaks to our efforts to provide quality, sustainable housing for underserved communities and to operate with transparency, accountability, and a focus on the well-being of all our stakeholders.
