About Home Makers (The Property People)

Home Makers is a specialist private lettings management service based in south London. Launched in November 2018, we offer a personal, professional and competitively priced service to landlords who let properties in Catford, Lewisham and Bromley. Our knowledgeable and experienced team are available to offer guidance and advice to all parties at every stage of the letting and tenancy management process. Our services are flexible but can include tenant finding, property management, rent collection, and repairs and gas servicing. We are owned by award-winning landlord Phoenix Community Housing and are proud to be an ethically-driven lettings service. All surplus will be reinvested by Phoenix in the south Lewisham areas of Downham, Bellingham and Whitefoot.
