About Home Sud Home SRL

Born for Innovation - For three generations we have been dealing with the public and private construction sectors in Sicily. We are proud to mention that we guarantee solidity and feasibility to our customers from over 20 countries around the world, meanwhile responding to any type of request for the devel-opment of secure and long-term investments. The many years of experience gained in the luxury construction sector and the widespread knowledge of the territory in the field of Real Estate, have allowed us to develop strategies suitable for identifying and enhancing important luxury and high end assets, as well as immediately developing an important annual return with a significant re-valuation over time. We have quickly become leaders in the sector of brokerage of assets and val-uable real estate portfolios in Sicily, especially in the Val di Noto area. Being the first investors in properties of this area in Sicily, we have purchased and renovated multiple properties, from which we have obtained a high return. For our investors, we have developed successful projects, by mak-ing use of a multidisciplinary network of professionals who are active members of the team. We are able to provide professional support in the buying processes, designing and negotiating with important commercial clauses, hence minimising the risks of transactions and ensuring better strategies for the development and marketing of real estate, meeting the expectations of our buyers.
