Homefield Capital Partners is a GP-as-a-Service platform that provides the infrastructure accelerators, universities, economic development organizations, and angel groups need to launch and manage investment funds. Most fund administration services are built for traditional venture capital firms. They assume dedicated staff, institutional knowledge, and seven-figure budgets. Organizations with strong deal flow and community ties but limited back-office capacity have been left to figure it out themselves. We change that. Homefield provides fund formation support, compliance, reporting, and administration so our partners can focus on what they do best: finding and backing great founders. Our clients are not trying to become fund managers.
