About HomeFront Realty

Our vision is to be the Dunedin Real Estate Epicenter by providing cutting-edge, innovative solutions for buyers, sellers and agents alike. Our mission is to provide the community with innovative, visionary buying and selling options. Providing our agents with valuable support systems allows them the time, energy and tools to solve the real estate needs of our community. Being involved in our community gives us the platform to help the needs of the people of Dunedin and surrounding areas. About the Owners Kevin & Jennifer got their start by personally buying and selling real estate. They would buy the worst house on the street and invest their time and money to fix it up. When the market changed and people were in fear of losing their homes to foreclosure, Kevin and Jennifer educated themselves with some of the most prestigious real estate and pre-foreclosure groups in the industry. By developing cutting edge technology systems and a building a network of professionals, they created a proprietary system for obtaining out of the ordinary solutions. These solutions have resulted in a 99% full satisfaction for distressed homeowners. As the market changes again, Kevin and Jennifer are bringing their personal experience, knowledge and technology to the Dunedin community to offer extraordinary solutions for today’s real estate challenges.
