About HomeGrown LLC DEI Consulting

HomeGrown LLC is a holistic organization that takes a culturally responsive approach to helping organizations reach their maximum potential. Using our trademarked curriculums we tailor fit each consultation and subsequent workshop based on the needs of each individual group. Our facilitators work collaboratively to provide a training experience that lasts beyond those who attend. We guide policies and procedures that can be translated throughout the lifetime of the organization and are just as dynamic as the equity work that we center.
