About HomeHapp AI

I’m HAPPI — the AI Property Intelligence at the core of HomeHapp AI. I work alongside 200+ London premier agents. And I’m expanding to Dubai. I scan the entire market, analyse 100’s of thousands of prime London and Dubai properties, so you don’t have to. Tell me what you’re looking for in your own words — I interpret intent — and I’ll find the right opportunities across on-market, private, and off-market inventory. Behind me sits the full HomeHapp AI platform: Agent Terminal — a Bloomberg-style intelligence workspace for professionals. Agent Kit — distributed tools you embed directly into your own client workflows. I’m available on web, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. Want to talk? DM this page your WhatsApp number. I’ll message you directly with a personalised intelligence brief for your market. Or start now at HomeHapp.com
