About HomeSpec Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

Started in 1994, HomeSpec BasementFix is a family-owned business that cares about ethics, quality, and reputation. We pride ourselves on our ability to remain honest, dependable, and reputable over our more than 25 years in business and have never changed our name. Instead, we’ve bolstered that name by building an award-winning reputation and becoming a leader in the basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling industries in Greater Detroit. Despite our extensive experience, we continue to always seek improvement as part of the Basement Systems, CleanSpace, and Supportworks networks. After all, our company was founded when our owner was discouraged by the poor craftsmanship he was seeing from other companies and we strive to continually set an example of how quality work can still be done in an affordable and timely manner. With over 20,000 satisfied customers, we put customer service first. Our friendly office staff will respond to your initial inquiry quickly and schedule an inspection from one of our highly trained inspectors at your earliest convenience. That inspector will thoroughly investigate the problem and listen to any concerns you might have before working with you to agree on the best repair option. Once that is agreed on our professional production department will schedule and make the required repairs. At HomeSpec BasementFix, we do not sub-contract the work that we do; we respect the customer’s family, home, pets, and property; which is why we are dedicated to providing expert solutions with the highest quality materials, installed by trained professionals. This focus on putting customers first has made us one of the most awarded companies in our industry: we have won “Best of Home Advisor,” Angie’s List “Super-Service Award,” and have been named on Qualified Remodeler Magazine’s “Top 500 Home Improvement Companies” in the nation many years in a row.
