About Homestead Group Asia

Who we are: Founded in 1984, Homestead Group Asia has a 30+ year old history with a start-up ethos and a focus on Real Estate. We want to change the way people live, and transform people for the better. The technology revolution can disrupt lives for good or bad. We choose to create good, not by ditching the old, but by creating new value. When we create new value in old buildings, we believe the people who interact with the building are better than they were before. As technology affords more online interactions, the need to build real physical communities grows even greater. Well-designed co-living communities are a solution. We place ourselves at the forefront of this trend. Our Values: As we chase our dreams, we hold firmly to our values: Trust, Fortitude, Integrity, Caring, and Excellence. We work hard, and we respect the integration between work and family time. Our Mission: We have a start-up ethos and a small management team. Our mission is to work within our flat management structure to manage the administrative infrastructure, develop new projects and create new value within our communities.
