About HOMMES ESTATES AND FACILITIES LIMITED

At Hommes Estates and Facilities, we design, develop, and manage spaces that support the way people live and work—Today, and into the future. Our focus is on delivering smart, sustainable, and user-centric infrastructure across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. From city-center office complexes to growing residential communities, every project we deliver is designed to be functional, accessible, and cost-efficient, without compromising long-term value. We bring together real estate development, facility management, infrastructure delivery, and advisory services under one roof to simplify the property lifecycle for our clients and stakeholders. Whether it's the fully operational Fusion Wuye with over 7,000 sqm of lettable space or the expansive Fusion Wuse project still underway, we lead with design, precision, and performance. Our facilities management model, which subsidizes tenant costs by up to 40%, reflects our long-standing commitment to putting people before profit. At the heart of everything we do is a belief in long-term value creation, not just for investors, but for occupants and communities. We focus on preventive maintenance, functional design, environmental responsibility, and transparent operations, ensuring that every property we manage performs reliably and sustainably over time. By combining deep technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, we continue to deliver outcomes that balance innovation, user comfort, and return on investment.
