Hongyi JIG Rapid Technologies operates as a Governance-Led Product Development PMO, supporting OEMs and ODMs in managing complex product and tooling programs with predictability and control. We work with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Home Appliance ODM/OEMs where program risk, supplier capability, and execution discipline directly impact launch success. Our role is not to replace engineering teams or tooling suppliers, but to introduce structure, early visibility, and decision governance across critical stages such as supplier selection, DFM readiness, tooling execution, validation, and SOP preparation. With a strong India–China execution ecosystem, Hongyi JIG supports leadership teams in reducing escalation, rework, and late-stage surprises—by governing complexity early.
