About Honorable Service Realty Group

Honorable Service Realty Group (HSR Group) was founded by Meg Czapiewski, a 29-year Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Her experiences in the USAF provided an appreciation for the challenges of buying and selling a home and an empathic bond with those she and her team serve. Additionally, the USAF core values serve as the foundation of culture within her team: Placing service to others above self; delivering excellence in the Real Estate profession and in the services they provide; and insisting on the utmost integrity at all times. This all-female team has built an exceptional reputation and achieved local, state, and national achievements as a result. They have consistently been ranked in the Top 100 Agents among over 20,000 in the Northern Virginia region, and are in the top 1.5% of agents in Virginia and across the USA. The team motto is YOU are our Mission, a constant reminder of their mission-driven focus and the expectation they remain adept at developing a plan to achieve their client’s desired goals, no matter how challenging they may seem. Perhaps a second motto that is repeated often among team members is “Once a member of the HSR Family, always a member of the HSR Family”. The relationships that develop between the team and their clients is truly one of familial friendship. HSR Group supports many local organizations, holds community events, and provides reminders of gratitude throughout the year to demonstrate their commitment to giving back to the community and the investment they make in their clients’ lives each and every day.
