About Hope Child Africa

Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of impoverished children and families. We empower parents, feed hungry hearts and minds, and provide education for a brighter future. Our Social Worker, resident in Mombasa, is dedicated to finding the families who have lost hope. We are turning their lives around by empowering their children through education. We are identifying families who get by on 1 meal a day without any hope for education or a future without worry. We are taking the burden away from the mother who worries how she will stay strong enough to raise and feed her children. We firmly believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, and by supporting families, offering education to children and supporting families by providing food and clean drinking water, the children are supported by a stronger family foundation. Once we have identified the children living in poverty that we are able to help, our first steps are identifying the children’s immediate needs and meeting them, in most circumstances the children are sleeping on a mud hut floor, malnourished and not attending school, so we address these issues first. Our commitment to providing nutritious meals remains unwavering. We firmly believe that no child should go to bed hungry, and through your generous donations, we have been able to expand our meal distribution efforts. Our Australian organisation is run 100% by volunteers, ensuring that all money donated to Hope Child Africa goes directly towards meeting the Outreach Project’s needs. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. Together, we are making strides towards a brighter future for children and families living in poverty.
