About Hope Physio

Hope Physio is a multidisciplinary allied health practice headquartered in Werribee, serving participants, families, and organisations across Melbourne and Geelong. We partner with NDIS participants, Home Care Package recipients, and TAC clients to set meaningful goals and work towards real, measurable improvements in daily life. Our OT team covers paediatric development, adult rehabilitation, aged care support, home modifications, assistive technology, Functional Capacity Assessments, and vocational rehabilitation. Alongside OT, we provide Speech Pathology services for communication and swallowing support, and Physiotherapy. What sets us apart: We come to you. Our clinicians deliver services in-clinic and at home, so participants can access support in the environment that matters most to them. We focus on function, not just treatment. Every programme we design is built around real-world outcomes, whether that is a child developing self-care skills, an adult returning to work, or a senior staying safely in their home. We collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families. Strong communication with the people around a participant leads to better, longer-lasting results.
