His son, Marcel Esquivel Hoppe, imbued with his father’s values, principles and legal expertise, worked as a magistrate in several judicial districts of the interior of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, and retired as a Court of Appeals Judge. The return to the legal profession and the expansion to Porto Alegre came with the third generation, represented by Wellington Hoppe.
