About Horizon Management Group

We are a specialist human resource management consulting firm who partner with our clients to improve the capability of their organisations through their people. In addition to helping clients with day-to-day HR support and problem solving, we use a proven integrated system for effective people management. Few HR solutions are completely integrated like ours. Please visit our website to see our system chart of all areas our processes and training modules cover. Horizon’s approach has been to take well-tested principles, tools and techniques and build them into practical and effective systems and processes that can be implemented across a wide range of businesses after appropriate tailoring to the client’s needs. It is our objective to raise awareness of the imperative to get the basic building blocks of managing people right, identify the business needs and implement a sustainable solution. We are passionate about the need to demonstrate to businesses the benefits of the continuous improvement of employee performance and satisfaction. Please visit our website for more information or get in touch with us via LinkedIn. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we could partner with you to help your business deliver even better results through your people.
