About Hospice Georgian Triangle and Foundation

Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate hospice palliative care, grief support, and wellness programs for individuals and families across South Georgian Bay. Our care takes place at Campbell House in Collingwood and through community programs serving Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Clearview, and The Blue Mountains. We support people living with life-limiting illness and walk alongside families through some of life’s most difficult moments. Together with the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation, we work to ensure hospice care remains available to everyone who needs it. Through the generosity of our community, donors, and volunteers, all hospice services are provided at no cost to patients and families. Each year, our programs support hundreds of individuals through hospice care, grief and bereavement services, and community wellness initiatives. At Hospice Georgian Triangle, we believe compassionate care, dignity, and connection should always be close to home. Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care at Campbell House for individuals with life-limiting illness or in their last stages of life in the Town of the Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Clearview Township and Wasaga Beach. Care programs come at no cost and focus on the physical, emotional and well-being of the patient, family and caregivers, enhancing quality of life.
