Our catering management goals include: *Complete management of entire restaurant operations *Providing food services operations for a specific venue *Complete management of food services within public facilities Commercial Hospitality Management: Hospitality recognizes that the goal of hotel and commercial property management is to fulfill the needs of hotel guest and tenants on daily basis. To meet these challenges HCMS recruits candidates who demonstrate both through experience and education a background that has the fundamentals necessary to achieve maximum productivity. Our teams work together to deliver a satisfying guest and long term tenant experience with a focus on our clients bottom line. Our hospitality management programs include: *Complete hotel management of operations including front desk, reservations, rooms division, interior and exterior maintenance *Complete property management including leasing, interior and exterior maintenance *Complete financial reporting showing daily, monthly, and annual revenues against anticipated or budgeted levels
