About Hothi & Co.

Hothi & Co. is a Punjab-based architecture and construction firm founded by Lakhwinder Singh Khalsa, working across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With over 27 years of practice, our work is shaped by real site experience. Design decisions are taken with construction in mind, so drawings, timelines, and execution stay aligned. We handle both design and execution, which helps reduce coordination gaps during construction. Clients work with one team from early planning through on-site delivery, instead of managing multiple consultants and contractors. Our team includes architects, engineers, and site managers working together on each project. This allows us to stay involved beyond drawings and remain accountable during the build. What we do 👉 Architecture and planning for homes, workplaces, and institutions 👉 Construction and turnkey execution with regular site supervision 👉 Interior planning and space planning 👉 BIM-based models and visual support using Revit 👉 Municipal and statutory approvals, including CLU, fire clearances, and building permissions Why teams and clients work with us ✅ Licensed architects registered with COA ✅ 200+ completed projects ✅ In-house architects, engineers, and site teams ✅ BIM-led workflow for better coordination ✅ Strong detailing with practical site execution ✅ Offices in Nurmahal and Jalandhar We work with homeowners, developers, and design teams who want fewer surprises on site and clearer outcomes.
