About Hourglass Studios AU Pty Ltd

Hourglass Studios is a premium Pilates and wellness brand built on one core belief — results come from consistency. We offer structured Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat, and Yoga classes designed to challenge, progress, and transform both body and mind. Our approach goes beyond the class itself. We focus on building habits, creating accountability, and delivering an experience that keeps you coming back — not just for how you look, but for how you feel. Whether you're just starting or pushing to the next level, Hourglass is where discipline turns into confidence, and confidence into freedom. This is your hour. Make it count.
