About HouseMaster Home Inspections Inc. (Edmonton)

HouseMaster Home Inspections has been proudly serving Albertans since 1994 and has completed over 35,000 inspections to date! Thermal imaging is included on every home inspection at no additional cost and we offer a written Guarantee on our services. At HouseMaster we pride ourselves on providing the most comprehensive inspection report in the city and it is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. We can inspect all types of homes including houses, duplexes, townhomes, condos, apartments, acreages and even commercial properties. We serve all of central and northern Alberta including Edmonton and the surrounding area. We have inspectors available 7 days a week, including evenings and holidays (except Christmas day) and the fees don't change based on what day, time or inspector you have. All of our inspectors come from a background of building construction or trades. Each member of our team is trained and certified with NIBI (National Institute of Building Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and must complete ongoing training each year. All inspectors are fully trained in Thermal/Infrared Thermography (Thermal Camera Interpretation) and all hold a valid Alberta Home Inspector License. We look forward to serving you!
