Customer behaviour in home buying is constantly changing in the last few years, so can Houzbay understand these changing behaviour and provide necessary information/tools…etc for Customers to make the right choice at the right price, especially in a scenario where real estate pricing is not regulated. Houzbay would predominantly focus on exclusive mandate rights to sell and market the project for different segments of developers and land owner share, especially where the projects is at a good location, great price and quality of construction is at par with industry standards, but the developer or the land owner is unable to market or sell such projects. Houzbay by end of 2020 would focus on end to end services/platform for NRIs to buy, sell, rent, maintain, tax and legal related services In the first phase Houzbay would focus on selling and marketing residential apartments, plots and villas Houzbay has received the first round of pre-seed funding through one of the real estate giants based out of India.
