HPL consortium, Inc. helps people and groups connect toward health, prosperity, and leadership by developing a technology platform called CIRWEP. CIRWEP provides an easy and inexpensive pathway to fully utilizing technology in all phases of relationships including management of contacts, invitations, resources, webs, events, and payments.
