About HQ Simple

In today's dynamic business landscape, managing a contingent workforce has evolved into a high-stakes strategic function. The complexities of compliance, worker classification, and multi-state payroll can divert leadership focus from what truly matters: innovation, market growth, and competitive advantage. HQ Simple was founded on a simple premise: workforce management should be a strategic asset, not an operational burden. We serve as a dedicated operational partner to business leaders. Our role is to absorb the complexities of compliance and administration, providing our clients with the freedom to focus on their core objectives. Led by seasoned HR transformation experts with experience at the world's most dynamic companies, we pair sophisticated, high-touch solutions with a people-first ethos. Our expertise is focused on three core areas: Employer of Record (EOR) / Payrolling: We provide a seamless operational framework for managing pre-identified contract talent as W-2 employees of HQ Simple, ensuring full compliance with all payroll, benefits, and tax responsibilities. 1099 Contractor Compliance & Management: We offer expert advisory and management for independent contractor engagements, ensuring strict adherence to worker classification laws to mitigate misclassification risks. Strategic Sourcing & Payrolling: For clients who need to both find and manage talent, we provide an integrated solution that combines strategic sourcing with our full-suite EOR services. Ultimately, we believe the most effective solutions are those that are seamlessly integrated and deeply human. To learn more about our approach and philosophy, we invite you to visit our website.
