About Huckleberry Consulting LLC

Huckleberry Consulting specializes in Secret Shopper Customer Journey Audits. We experience your business the same way your customers do. Our team signs up, purchases, goes through onboarding, interacts with support, and navigates your systems as a real customer. This allows us to uncover the friction, confusion, missed revenue opportunities, and trust breaking moments that internal teams often overlook. The reality is that most companies are too close to their own product or service to see the gaps in the experience. What feels obvious internally can be confusing, frustrating, or even discouraging for customers. Through our secret shopper audits, we map the full customer journey and provide clear observations and practical recommendations to help companies improve retention, strengthen customer relationships, and increase revenue from existing clients. In addition to our audit work, Huckleberry Consulting partners with GetCSM.com to help companies recruit and place high quality Customer Success Managers when operational improvements require the right people to support them.
