About HUDL: Youth Development Agency

HUDL: Youth Development Agency strengthens youth leadership, co-production and systems change across the UK. We design programmes, build infrastructures and hold spaces for young people to influence decisions, shape communities and lead with purpose. We work alongside a diverse community of associates and young people, guided by the IYPC’s 10 Values of Involving Young People. These values underpin how we design, facilitate and partner with organisations to ensure that young people’s involvement is intentional, sustainable, centring joy and care. We support organisations through the full lifecycle of involving young people, acting as a critical friend and delivery partner. This includes recruitment, onboarding, management, learning, safeguarding, care, and offboarding - offering practical expertise and strategic guidance for how organisations meaningfully involve young people in governance, learning and strategic design. Our work spans youth consultancy team’s, advisory boards, leadership programmes, participatory grant-making, youth research and school-based initiatives. We convene practitioners, test new approaches and openly share learning so the wider sector can strengthen its practice. If you’re exploring how to embed youth leadership and co-production with intention and clarity, we’d love to connect. .
