About Human Lens

𝗪𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢 𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗡𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗔𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗔 Human Lens provides deep consumer insight services, qualitative research, video ethnography, and in-depth interviews to our many clients. But it is our unique immersive video insights approach that allows us to: • Go where the data can’t – into consumers’ real-life context • Unlock and analyse consumer drivers shaping decisions in-situ • Deliver an immersive video insights strategy report aligning all your stakeholders and making your job simpler and easier • Offer agility, cost savings and quick turnaround times • Uncover the human layer missing in modern market research Our Ethnography delivers true competitive advantage. In the current market research paradigm, clients swim in data, everyone has access to the same bulk data, AI analysis models and expertise. You get it quick and fast – but everyone gets similar generic insights. That unlocks parity, not profit. Luckily, when you combine AI's speed with ethnographic depth, you reveal: • Emotional triggers competitors miss • Unspoken needs consumers can't articulate in surveys and online prompts • Sociocultural elements that are lost in online social media personas and Euro-centric assumptions • Cultural subtlety and localised ritual that defines new ways to unlock innovation, ideation, products and communications • Behavioural contradictions that reveal breakthrough opportunities Let's connect to find ways we can solve your unique business problems and start finding some immersive human based solutions. #humanlens #ethnography #ethno #qualitative #in-depth interviews
