About Human Puzzles – Online Counselling & Samtalsterapi

Human Puzzles provides confidential, professional online counselling for adults and English-speaking professionals across Australia, Sweden, and international contexts. The practice is led by Johan Torsteinsrud, a PACFA-accredited counsellor with over ten years of clinical experience across community services and private practice. Human Puzzles supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions, as well as organisations seeking reliable external counselling support for English-speaking employees. Based in Sweden and operating internationally, services are delivered exclusively online, offering flexibility, accessibility, and continuity of care across time zones. Human Puzzles works with both private clients and organisational referrals, including short- and medium-term counselling arrangements tailored to client and organisational needs. The clinical approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and person-centred, with a strong emphasis on psychological safety, ethical practice, and professional accountability. Work is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised ethical guidelines and supported by ongoing professional supervision. Human Puzzles is particularly suited to international companies, organisations, and professionals seeking discreet, culturally aware, English-language counselling support delivered by an experienced and ethically grounded practitioner.
